The FPT Scale Program Agreement delegates the detailed operational parameters of the program to the rules articles listed below. Each is incorporated into that Agreement by reference at the version shown, and each carries its own version and effective date so that the rule set in force on any given day can be established.
When you purchase an evaluation, the version of every article below is recorded against your order alongside the manifest version. That recorded set — not this page as it reads today — is what your purchase is bound to.

How a Change to Each Article Applies
A materialchange is one that affects money, eligibility or breach. A non-material change — a typo, a clearer example, an added worked calculation — updates the article’s last-updated date and nothing else.

A material change to an evaluation parameter applies to accounts purchased on or after its effective date. It applies to an existing evaluation only if the change notice says so expressly.

Conduct rules protect the integrity of the program and apply to all accounts from their effective date, including existing accounts.

A material change applies to funded accounts activated on or after its effective date, and to an existing funded account only where the change notice says so.

Scaling is part of the purchased economics. A reduction applies only to accounts purchased on or after its effective date.

Position limits are risk controls. A change applies to all accounts from its effective date; FPT will give notice in the dashboard before a tightening takes effect.
