Which document controls
If two documents appear to say different things about the same subject, this is the order they are read in. An unversioned support answer never changes what you purchased.

How versions and changes work
- Every purchase records its versions
- Your order stores the version of each document and each incorporated rule article that was in force when you bought. Those are the terms your purchase is bound to.
- Material changes say who they apply to
- A change that affects money, eligibility or breach states whether it applies only to new purchases or also to existing accounts. Material purchased terms are never silently changed retroactively.
- The rules are versioned too
- The operational rules live in the Help Center and carry their own versions. The current manifest is v1.3, covering 9 incorporated articles.
